Please read these Terms of service ("Terms" or “TOS”) carefully before using this dumpick’s service ("Service") which is provided by the dumpick Operator ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms create an agreement between users (“you” “users” or “your”) and us. By using the Service, you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, then you may not use the Service.
We provide you an Uninstaller App for android devices and the database of uninstalled apps by all users. We recommend that you register a membership and create a user account, but unregistered users can use the Service. (In that case, we restrict the Service.) Also, there are cases where we refuse your using the Service because of this TOS violation, and then we shall not be responsible for any damages inflicted upon users by this rejection.

3 Copy right
The intellectual property rights of this Service belong to us or a third party granted by the law or contract. Also information and icon about apps listed in this Service are quated from Google Play.
4 Disclaimer; Exemption from liability
You shall use this Service at your own risk, and shall bear all responsibility for actions carried out and their results upon this Service. We shall not be responsible for any damages inflicted upon users in relation to the use of the Service. We do not expressly or impliedly guarantee that the Service are free from de facto or legal flaws (including but not limited to stability, reliability, accuracy, integrity, effectiveness, fitness for certain purposes, security-related faults, errors, bugs, or infringements of rights). We shall not be responsible for providing the Service without such defects.
5 Prohibited activities
Users shall not engage in the following when using the Service.
・ Activities that interfere with the service.
・ Copying, modifying, editing, uploading, presenting, transmitting, showing, distributing, selling, reverse-engineering, reverse-assembling, reverse-compiling and similar activities to the whole or a part of all the content on this Service without our permission.
・ Activities that use the Service for sales, marketing, advertisement, soliciting or other commercial purposes without our permission.
・ Disturbing public order.
・ Activities that lead to the collection of user information, user history, or the like.
・ Other activities that we deemed to be inappropriate.

Where we has provided users with a translation of the Japanese language version of the Terms (referred to as "Japanese Version"), the Japanese Version will govern the relationship between users and us. These Terms will be governed by, and interpreted under, the laws of Japan.
